Goal
Escape the Assembly is the first named stretch after the opening rooms. You need the elevator memory, the glaive, and a way out before the loop’s time bar empties. There is no fall damage in the opening, so a missed jump is a reset of position, not a health tax.
The 1254 memory
Two independent walkthroughs describe the same path. Right from the elevator, through the collapsing floor, left into Monitoring & Observation. Read the memory. The keypad has no digits printed on it; use the standard phone layout, 1-2-3 over 4-5-6. The memory is 1254.
Echo Weaver has no redeem-code system. 1254 is an in-world door code, not a store promo.
Show a stronger hint
If the elevator still rejects you, you read the wrong object or you are on a fresh loop and have not re-read the memory yet. Knowledge stays. The physical read is the reminder.
Show the sourced solution
Code 1254, taken from the Monitoring & Observation memory. Keyboard: hold E. Controller: hold R2 or RT. Sources: Into Indie Games and The Games Edge, both describing the same room.
Taking the glaive
After the elevator, go up and left for a time crystal, then right through the spike-box chase. Jump, slide, and double jump. The glaive is in Advanced Research. A throw spins back to your hand. A hurl leaves the blade at the impact so you can trigger a switch from across a gap, then recall it.
The teaching room wants the short, returning throw. The developer’s public note: “You need to do a short glaive throw, not a long one.” If the blade sticks in the far wall, you hurled.
Questions this page answers
What is the Assembly elevator code in Echo Weaver?
1254, read from the Monitoring & Observation memory. It is an in-game door code, not a store promo.
Why will the glaive tutorial not complete?
Use a short throw so the blade returns. A long hurl leaves it in place. A developer reply on the Steam forum says the tutorial room is planned to be clearer.
