The sets that have flags
Four collection families show up across achievements and trophies. Remnants, vestiges, and dew drops are the trophy-list names for the piece hunts. Health pieces, time pieces, and heal-strength pieces are the Steam wording. Maps are bought from Zaramondus, not found in crates only. Wayfinder Plinths are timed kneel-or-clear challenges. One of them, in the Prison Block, was nerfed in 1.0.0.64.
Shrines are fountain-shaped structures you can kneel at. Asking in the village and the church courtyard, of the person players call Heret or Hernet, is the published way to get an explanation. I have not confirmed the spelling in a screenshot of the UI.
How to know you are missing one
The developer’s map test applies here too. If you have been in a room and the chart is blank, you are missing a map, not a secret in that room. Secret maps follow the same rule. For pieces, the achievement is the completion check. A guide that lists “all 12 dew drop coordinates” without a source is not something this page will copy.
Plinths judge a time. All Plinths and All Plinths at all times are separate flags, and both are rare in the 18 October API pull. Retry a plinth after 1.0.0.64 if it was the Prison Block one. The nerf does not move the plinth. It changes the clock.
