Her line also sits on the Better With Friends checklist, the achievement for saving the people the game asks you to save. Skipping the quiz and only talking to her in the Ocean will not substitute. The developer was specific: the quiz is the completion check.
Why there is no answer table
A correct answer table would have to come from the question text. That text is not in the Steam news, the store page, or a developer post. Community pages that claim a full key are either incomplete or unsourced. Printing ten answers from memory I do not have would be fiction.
When you reach her, answer from the insects you have already seen in the ruins. If a question names a bug you have not met, that is a lead, not a fail state. Knowledge persists. Come back after you have seen the creature.
